Ewa has an impressive international portfolio. She is an experienced architect and project manager with significant skills in the design and procurement processes, worked on numerous projects from concept design to the delivery on site.
Working in architectural practices around the world, inspiring and directing a large team with a host of disciplines and expertise to realize the design intent and develop effective design solutions for each project. Project Management (PMP) and Leadership Course enhanced her capability to build strong relationships, manage the projects and the stakeholders more effectively, maximizing opportunities to deliver projects exceeding clients’ expectations while achieving optimum financial results.
With 18 years of industry experience, the area of expertise includes: masterplanning, mixed-use projects, hospitality, residential, commercial, education, entertainment and retail.
