Jocelyne Mangham

Jocelyne has over 19 years of experience -15 of which in the UAE – working in the development, design, and construction industry. Her career thus far has focused on prestigious projects with an oversight in a diversity of management roles such as client, consultant, and contractor with a proven track record of successful project completion.

Jocelyne’s background in design coupled with a solid set of collaboration skills, across a range of disciplines, enables her to communicate effectively to a wide range of professionals and deliver projects to the highest of standards. Her proven track record of impactful and successful project completion has earned her remarkable respect within supply chains and industry peers.

Jocelyne relocated to Dubai in 2005 as the project design manager for major five stars hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including the F1 Hotel Abu Dhabi, Intercontinental Hotel DFC, as well as the prestigious New York University Abu Dhabi Campus, whilst working with world renowned Rafael Vinoly Architects. She further finessed her aptitudes whilst overseeing the W Hotel and Residences project in more recent years.

Currently, in her role at Compass Project Consulting, Jocelyne is the primary design senior project manager overseeing 4 major hotel renovations within Dubai, on behalf of the region’s leading homegrown luxury hotel chains.
